Sugar Plum brings you a beautiful range of handmade crafts, girl and boy clothes and accessories. It is our intention to increase our boys range very soon.

If you have left comments on photos and do not hear back from us within 48 hours, please send us a message as we may have simply overlooked your comments or Facebook may have failed to notify us of your comments.

Pre-order items may take up to 6 weeks to arrive, we will endeavor to keep you up to date with progress as it comes to light.
Making A Purchase
To purchase from our page, simply comment on the photo(s) of the item(s) you wish to order, comment with ‘SOLD’ with your email address and if applicable size and colour preference of the item. If purchasing multiple items please add this to your comment.

We then create an invoice which will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

Payment can be made by DIRECT DEPOSIT only. Payment is required within 2 days, any invoices that are outstanding after 3 days are automatically cancelled without warning.

There will be no cancellation or refund after payment has been received.

Postage
Charges for Australia wide postage are as follows...
$2.30 - Small items such as headwear. Sent in a small padded envelope.
$7.85 – Clothing and other items up to 500g. Sent in a plastic satchel with tracking feature.
$12.50 – Clothing and other items up to 3kg. Sent in a plastic satchel with tracking feature.
$15.90 – Clothing and other items up to 5km. Sent in a plastic satchel with tracking feature.

International Charges are as follows...
$25.30 – Postage Satchel (390 x 285mm) maximum weight 1kg – New Zealand
$34.25 – Postage Satchel (390 x 285mm) maximum weight 1kg – United States
$42.35 – Postage Satchel (390 x 285mm) maximum weight 1kg – United Kingdom

These prices do not include insurance, insurance is available for an additional price. We will not be held liable for items lost in transit.

Returns
Returns/Refunds are only offered on faulty goods, excluding seconds items. Contact must be made via email within 48 hours of the item being received. After this time we will not accept any returns, sorry. If possible we will replace the faulty goods, however if we no longer have that item available a refund will be issued. We require the product to be returned to us before we send out its replacement or refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. All returns must be made within 14 days after our shipping date in original unused condition with packaging.

Garment and Item Care/Warning
Some of the garments/items we sell are very delicate, or may contain small parts. Delicate items should be hand washed only. Items containing small parts could pose a choking risk so please only use around children when an adult is able to provide supervision.
