Purchasing from Stunna The Beauty Palace is risk free! If for any reason at all you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive, simply return it to us in the condition you received it and we will gladly exchange or refund your item. This must be done within 10 business days from your payment date.

Return Terms & Conditions

In order to receive an exchange or refund, the item must be returned in original condition, unused, in undamaged packaging. Hair extensions must still be attached to the cardboard packaging as they originally were, if you are not completely sure you will keep your item please do not detach from packaging as this may void your exchange or refund.

We are happy for you to feel the hair extensions and hold them next to your hair for colour matching but do not detach from cardboard packaging or apply the hair extensions as this will void your exchange or refund. In order to check the hair extensions you can simply remove the hair extensions from the PVC packaging as it is sealed with press stud buttons. If you are not satisfied you can place the hair extensions back into the packaging and return it to us. No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items or any products that have been purchased then applied or damaged.

Return Process

Please contact Stunna The Beauty Palace to discuss why you would like to exchange or return the item. If you fall into the Return Terms & Conditions Guidelines, then you will receive an exchange or refund for your item.

Product Warranty

Stunna The Beauty Palace do not offer any product warranty to any of its consumers, as Stunna The Beauty Palace do not manufacture or distribute any of the products it sells or advertises but not limited to, social media (facebook, instagram) or sold directly to its consumers. Any product issues or faults will have to be dealt directly with the manufacture by Stunna The Beauty Palace.

Product Liability & Indemnity

Stunna The Beauty Palace is not liable for any products causing physical or mental injuries to its consumers as Stunna The Beauty Palace do not manufacture any of the products it sells or advertises but not limited to, social media (facebook, instagram) or sold directly to its consumers.

All materials appearing on Stunna The Beauty Palace social media pages (facebook,instagram) including photographs and text as well as the layout of such materials are the intellectual property of Stunna The Beauty Palace unless otherwise stated and cannot be used for any purpose other than for browsing Social media or purchasing items or services from Stunna The Beauty Palace. No part of Stunna The Beauty Palace social media pages may be reproduced or used for any purpose other than with the written agreement of Stunna The Beauty Palace. Stunna The Beauty Palace reserves its rights to its intellectual property pursuant to the Australia copyright and intellectual property legislation.

Miscellaneous

Stunna The Beauty Palace may amend or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the Client. Payment in full from all clients must be paid directly to Stunna The Beauty Palace before applying or reapplying products.
