Let's face it, sometimes fitness can be really boring! Well we agree, so we decided to create a place that does fitness differently. Stomp Fitness looks different, has different stuff and we love people who want to try something different. If you're after a totally unique fitness experience then get ready to Stomp.

When you make something entertaining time seems to slip away and when you apply this to exercise, your sessions seem shorter, much shorter. But here's the really cool bit, 'perceived effort' (PE) is also lower, so your sessions seem easier as well even though you my be exercising hard.
