Stockroom presents a refined yet inviting dining experience in a stylish setting, located right in the heart of the exclusive Double Bay village.

Inspired by the aromatic botanicals used in sister-bar Stillery’s unique selection of G&Ts, Executive Chef Alex Vilches and his talent team of chefs make the most of fresh, locally-sourced produce, delivering seasonally-inspired dishes crafted with a uniquely innovative flair.

This local establishment offers friendly service and a relaxed, warm ambience in which to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant’s kitchen-style pantry comes alive each morning for breakfast with a market-style buffet offering, while lunch and dinner are served a la carte in the restaurant’s light-filled dining space, alongside a selection of delicious daily specials.

Stockroom also presents a superb beverage offering, combining a selection of Stillery’s speciality G&Ts and gin cocktails, with a carefully curated list of wines distinctly focused on organic, natural and biodynamic drops, sourced from Australia and abroad.

On the first floor of Sydney’s luxury bayside retreat, InterContinental Sydney Double Bay, Stockroom is open seven days a week for breakfast and for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday. Private dining is also available.
