Being a boutique winery allows us to experiment with all kinds of unusual and exotic fruits to create signature wines that keep our customers coming back for more e.g. Passionfruit wine.
Once we even made a Parsnip wine!

We make a smooth and creamy bubbly with our own Chenin Blanc grapes. It's divine. And not forgetting the wintery months we even make a mulled wine.

Stakehill Winery decided a long time ago to set itself apart from the crowded wine market by doing things a little differently.

We decided to produce more exotic international varieties of wines, the kind you wouldn't normally find in Australia.
