About me?... I am a mother of 2 amazing, gorgeous and full-on beautiful Autistic kids! I'm also (here is the blah blah bit) a fully registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Honours, a DipEd in Primary Teaching, a Masters in Special Education, and a passion for working in the special educational field.

I was a special ed teacher first. Then I became a mother and more recently I have been blessed to find out my 2 monkeys are on the Spectrum! Its wonderful when your passion aligns with your life, but no one tells you how taxing it can be as well.

My goal is to HELP. I want to help parents, children, teachers, professionals, anyone who will listen. I want to share my experiences, combine them with my knowledge and work together to build the bridge between the neuro-typical and neuro-diverse world.

I'm not an expert. I'm just a mum of 2 kids on the Spectrum who happened to "know" and teach a lot of textbook stuff about special education first. I'd love to share with you!
