I was suffering with debilitating anxiety and would be at the doctors every week thinking I was about to die. They of course prescribed me with anti-depressents but after seeing the negative effects they had had on other people that only made me more scared to take them. I have also been interested in alternative treatments but was unsure where to start. I believe I was guided to a lovely masseur who helped me start my journey with alternative therapies. I have been working on myself ever since, that was 10 years ago. Since then I have seen homeopaths, naturopaths, energy and Reiki healers and a Shaman. I have done my own work which has included meditation, chakra balancing, connecting to the white light, energy healing and tarot readings.
