An intimate and relaxing space where we run our small group classes, including gentle yoga for back care, yin, hatha, beginner's yoga, meditation and private classes. We are committed to providing high quality yoga classes that focus on the needs of the individual rather than a one size fits all approach. Consequently our classes are offered in smaller groups of 6-8 students so that you receive a more personalised, safe and effective yoga experience.

Cottage Hall, Little Bay (Cnr Ewing & Pine Ave)
A beautiful hall close to Little Bay beach is where we run our drop in alignment based vinyasa class.

ABOUT ANIA - OWNER & HEAD TEACHER
Yoga Alliance (RYT200), Dip Yoga for back care (IYTA 150hr), Yin yoga (50hr)
Ania's yoga journey began some 20 years ago as a way of dealing with the stress of University studies and work in the corporate world. Her love of yoga turned from student to instructor after having 2 children and realising that her corporate career, which brought material success, never brought real happiness. And so she took the plunge and became a yoga teacher. Ania has spent many years practicing in the Iyengar method and undertook her teacher training in Vinyasa at Botannix Yoga Studio. She has subsequently undertaken further training in Yoga for back care (International Yoga Teachers Association) and Yin yoga (with Cora Geroux) as well as workshops and courses with international teachers such as Simon Borg-Olivier and Donna Farhi.

With a greater understanding of the anatomy of the human body and the challenges facing our bodies & minds today, Ania teaches yoga with a focus on alignment, awareness and modifying according to your ability. She believes that the ancient teachings of yoga are needed more than ever now with our increasingly busy and stressful lives so that we can find ease in the body, better manage our thoughts and emotions and live with greater meaning and purpose. Ania is passionate about teaching yoga in a way that is safe, healing and accessible to all, regardless of age, body shape, fitness level or flexibility.
