At SKULL & BONES we are focused on great coffee & sustainability. Our coffee is roasted by Toby's Estate(SYD), sustainably sourced direct from the farm for uncompromised quality & freshness. In house our baristas, with over a decade each of experience, craft your coffee on our Kees Van Der Westen - Mirage Triplette machine, the Lamborghini of coffee machines!
We aim to minimize waste, our used coffee grind is donated to the Broadbeach Community Garden. The coffee cups, bowls & food containers we use made with plant based material & are biodegradable. The cutlery we use is made of sustainably sourced pine. Our water & juices are premium products in glass bottles which can be kept as drink bottles, up-cycled as vases & of course recycled. We try to minimize our use of plastic as much as possible!
Bagels are our thing when it comes to food, we use Traditional Kettle Boiled Bagels!
