dream after a journey of thirty years experience
in the Victorian restaurant and catering
industry.

Simon’s classical training ( including eight years at the Lake House, Daylesford) paired with his notoriety in Geelong and the surf coast are only part of what's exciting about this new
catering company.

dedicated research to refine his craft, he will
