it all started when...

“after working in the hospitality industry for over 18 years, i found myself with the desire to share my knowledge, and inspire other cafe owners with my creations.
each of my blends began their journey in my own cafe, getting direct feedback from customers who sought an alternative lifestyle and the products to complement.
once i had perfected the recipe, simara blends was born.
since 2015 i have been able to share my passion with cafes, health food stores, and directly to consumers globally.
