Silver Birch isn’t like visiting a café. It’s an experience. Each guest package includes a choice of tea and accompaniments. Served on a tray, guests can dine in the tea room or in the gardens. Seasonal produce from the garden is also available, including flowers, fruit and herbs.

We work closely with boutique suppliers to deliver a gourmet experience. Our tea is supplied by Tea by Birdy, providing you with a selection of different black, green, white teas; fruit infusions; flowering tea and iced teas. We have a range of sweet and savoury morsels to suit those with sweet and not-so-sweet teeth. Our selection includes handmade chocolates from G.O.R.G.E chocolates, cookies and slices. Gluten free, dairy free and soy free options are available.
