Shawcross Pizza – One Year of Pizza Promotion 2017

Terms and Conditions
General
1. The promoter is Shawcross Pizza whose registered office is at 324 Brunswick St, Fitzroy Victoria 3065.

Entrant Eligibility
2. The promotion is open to residents of the Victoria, Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Shawcross Pizza and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. If the competition winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and/or proof of residency. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

Entry Details
1. This promotion is being held on Shawcross Pizza’s Instagram page located at https://www.instagram.com/shawcrosspizza/

2. To be eligible for entry:
a. Entrants must like and follow Shawcross Pizza on both Facebook and Instagram; and
b. Comment tagging a friend on the promotional post.

Prize Details
3. The prize is for a total of 52 12inch pizzas from Shawcross Pizza.

4. There is a maximum order of one pizza per week, pick up only.

5. Pizzas must be ordered from Shawcross Pizza directly by either phone order or instore by the winner.

6. Orders received via any other form will not accepted as a part of this promotion, including but not limited to Eat Now, Menu Log or Uber Eats.

7. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

8. The first pizza is to be picked up between 4 December 2017 and 10 December 2017, and the final pizza for the competition is to be picked up between 3 December 2018 and 9 December 2018.

9. Should the winner miss a week, the allocated pizza for that week is forfeited.

Competition Draw
1. Winners will be chosen before 30 November 2017 by Shawcross Pizza commenting ‘STOP’ on the promotional post. The last comment before this will be the winner.

2. The winner will be notified by direct message to their Instagram account within 5 days of the competition being drawn. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

3. Should a replacement winner need to be chosen, they will be chosen on 5 January 2017 the replacement winner is the second to last to comment before ‘STOP’. The replacement winner will be notified by direct message to their Instagram account within 5 days of the draw.

4. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

5. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Further Terms and Conditions
10. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

11. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Shawcross Pizza and not to any other party.

14. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

17. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

18. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

20. The winner’s name will be posted on the promotional post on Shawcross Pizza’s Instagram page.
