At Heart, Soul & Harmony we offer a holistic approach to re-balance, energise & heal your body, mind and spirit. Offering Kahuna Massage, Angelic Reiki Healing and Chakra Mindset Healing, one or all of these natural therapies will energise and empower you.

KaHuna Massage is an ancient Hawaiian therapeutic massage technique that will see you walking away feeling energised & empowered.
The massage is very vigorous and rhythmic, Sharee uses her fingers, palms, wrists and forearms as she flys and flows rhythmically around the table.

Angelic Reiki is a safe and natural hands on healing, where Sharee works with the Angelic Kingdom of light to channel the energy of the Angelic Kingdom and passing it to the recipient.

Chakra Mindset combines coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques to explore your current life results and activate chakra points, increasing the flow of energy across all chakras. We can undertake a 7 week program focusing on each individual chakra, complete a chakra balancing and work towards opening which ever Chakra maybe closed at the time. This can be done using serval different methods such as a hands on healing using crystals, essential oils or yoga poses.
