Shaned has over 20 years’ experience in the health, fitness and injury management industries. She has a holistic approach to health and wellness and is passionate about assisting individuals and businesses in her local community to make positive lifestyle changes to increase energy levels, productivity, vitality and function and be the best that they can be.
Shaned works as an Exercise Physiologist, Health and Wellness Coach, Group Trainer, Personal Trainer and Exercise Therapist at Healthy Horizons. She specialises in prescription of exercise for injury rehabilitation and prescribes exercise to treat chronic medical conditions, to increase work capacity and to improve function and productivity. Shaned also provides the following services: nutritional counselling to assist with weight loss and health improvement, fitness and musculoskeletal assessment, postural evaluation, workplace ergonomic assessment and training, occupational rehabilitation, return to work case management and workplace health promotion. Shaned performs work for MAIB and numerous workers compensation insurers and Private health, DVA and Medicare rebates apply to eligible clients.
