A little bit of information about myself the Personal Trainer!
Hello, my name is Amy Sergeant, I am passionate about fitness, being active, healthy living and sport.
From a young age I struggled with my weight, at my heaviest point I was 105 kgs and I now currently weigh around 62 kgs.
It has been an amazing journey mentally and physically, full of ups and downs but every moment has been worth it to get where I am today.
My weight loss and healthy living journey are my testament to YOU that I understand and will help you in every way I know how to achieve your goals.
Information about my services:
*Mobile Personal Training- One on one personal training, I come to you at your home, workplace or indoor/outdoor area, personalised exercise programs for individual clients goals. (Sport specific, weight-loss, etc)
*Boot Camps- Strength and fitness building, high intensity, group training sessions.
*Group Fitness Training- Pre-planned or personalised group training sessions for a group of friends wanting to get fit or sporting clubs for improving fitness, speed/agility or team building sessions.
