Coming from a back ground in Crossfit, I have gained many different ways of working in the fitness industry. From formulating training and nutritional programs to helping others achieve higher levels of fitness, I have encouraged and seen people succeed no matter what their goals. I have chosen to further my knowledge by studying my Cert III & IV with Fit College so that I may learn more about the fitness industry. Fit college are a local training provider, accredited as having in-depth courses whist being affordable. Once I have graduated I wish to share my knowledge with others to help them gain more out of life and meet their lifestyle goals.
