• What is our background in baseball?
Brad has been playing baseball since he was 10years old and has had a passion for it ever since. Brad is my husband and the driving force behind this business. I am the wife that makes everything run smoothly and ensures there are no spelling mistakes in the paperwork.
• What is our story?
I got to know baseball because of Brad. At first I thought, what is this game? It didn’t take me long to love the game as well. I still learn a lot about this game everyday.
We now have 3 kids who also love the game. Our eldest child is 12 years old and is special needs. Every weekend he asks us "are we going to baseball today?" Our second child plays in under 12's in the Brisbane summer GBL. Brad coaches his team and I manage it, as well as other jobs that we do at our club. Our youngest child(daughter) says she is going to play baseball when she gets big.
In Brisbane we have been with one club Western Districts Baseball Club the West Bulldogs at Darra. In 2009, we moved to Townsville and joined Townsville Indians Baseball Club. At the end of 2010, we moved back to Brisbane and re-joined West Bulldogs.
