By getting stronger you become less prone to injury, able to eat MORE food while losing body fat, manage stress and inflammation better and simply feel more awesome.
My training background is primarily centered around athletes or people training for greater athletic prowess. I myself have represented Australia in three different sports (Judo, belt-wrestling, sumo) in four continents and accrued 27 medals in state, national and international competition.
