Health and fitness has been my passion for many years. As a personal trainer my focus is on helping people achieve results in the quickest and most effective way possible. I don't believe in fad diets or quick fixes - it's all about putting in the effort and making an exercise routine part of your lifestyle that can be maintained for a lifetime.
I operate my business from Anytime Fitness Alphington. I offer one on one sessions or sessions in pairs. You don't need to be a member of the gym to access personal training with me!
Each session will be tailored to suit your personal goals and can include exercises for:
Fat loss
Muscle gain
Increasing strength
Increasing endurance
Increasing movement and flexibility
Decreasing pain
Improving posture
Improving bone density
or whatever your desired outcome may be.
I also offer nutritional advice and healthy recipe ideas.
