New Japanese Restaurant Open @ Green Square!!

Sanpo Japanese Restaurant is owned by an experienced Japanese chef Nori.
It has been more than 12 years now since he started working as a chef.
He used to work as a head chef in Yukis at the Quay Japanese Restaurant (Circular Quay) for 6 years, which was nominated as a finalist of awards of excellence 2013 and 2014.
Nori also worked in Fujiya Japanese Restaurant(City) and Sydney Fish Market Sushi Bar for a few years.

He obtains fresh seafood from the Sydney Fish Market every morning by using his network. You can always enjoy the freshest Sashimi and Sushi in Sydney. Besides Sashimi and Sushi, we have other beatuful signature dishes.
"Eggplant Stake caramelized with Japanese Miso Sauce"
The original sauce is made of traditional Japanese Miso with Nori's secret recipe. You would be addicted to this beautiful creamy sauce, too.

"Wagyu Beef 'Shabu-Shabu' Ramen Noodle"
The pork based soup is his homemade and takes about 15 hours to make every day.
It is served with matched noodle, beautiful sliced Wagyu Beef (Marble Score 9+) and well-seasoned eggs. Once you have tasted it, you will love it for sure!!
