I am a mum of three! I know how hard it is to juggle kids, work, house chores and also fit in time to exercise. I come from a background of Aged Care work, Beauty and Massage and now Gym Instruction & Personal Training. I can understand how injury affects mindset, body and life pressures making you tired and uninterested in yourself. I have attended gyms since the early 90's and seen many changes over the years. All for the better I may add! My goal is to cut through all the crappy ads we read, diets, fads the new exercise routine for bums n tums. Yes all the stuff that we get bombarded with that just doesn't work! All it does is makes us feel deflated, useless and for most of us unachievable. Which in turn makes us give up. Well I have great news. I lost over 11kg after my 3rd child ten years ago and I have kept that weight off. Since my studies it began to make sense on how I did it. Looking back I did make many mistakes but I also made choices that were obviously making the difference but it was slow. I lost 11kg in 8 months but like I said it has stayed off. Imagine what you can achieve with a Personal Trainer that has gone through this but now has the knowledge and expertise to back you up, help you to continue & explain why you have plateaued and that it can change around just as quick. When to ramp up and when to slow and recover, all are just as important along with some healthy eating.....no not starving...healthy eating. We can smash this!
