Hey there! Thanks for stopping by. SAMA Studio is a dedicated YOGA space and healing centre located in downtown Armidale, NSW. We specialise in Yoga Classes, Workshops and Teacher Training.

At SAMA we offer classes for everyBODY and mind, regardless of your age or flexibility, ALL are welcome. Come in and join us for class, one of our regular monthly workshops or "Yoga Teacher Training 2017".

We recognise there are many modalities that lead to healing and wellness of the body/mind. Private yoga sessions are available for those who would like or need individual care. Additionally you can also book in for a massage. Pop over to our website for more details and how to book.

Our YOGA STUDIO is private and beautiful. It is a little escape from the stresses of daily life itself and is fully equipped with mats, blankets, bolsters, ropes, blocks, belts and chairs.

Classes start on time, so please try not to be late as so not to disturb other students. Doors open 15 minutes before class. Classes are done in bare feet and it is best to wear comfortable stretchy clothing. Remember to be gentle to yourself and always work within your own limits because Yoga is not a competition! It is best NOT to eat heavier foods at least one-two hours before class.
