Returns Policy

-Our Returns policy lasts 7 days from the purchase date for in store options or 7 days from the receipt of goods for postage options.
-If 7 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on that item.
-Not on change of mind for in store purchases.
-Valid 7 days for online purchases if incorrect size. Correct size will be offered.
-Not on sale items.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact the store 02 43339266

-To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.
-For Online orders please print you order confirmation email and place with return item.

-We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but not for change of mind.

-If you are offered the same style in the correct size and deny it this is considered a “change of mind” and we do not do exchanges or refunds for “change of mind”
-If the same style cannot be offered you will be issued with a store credit valid for 3 months.


Refunds Policy (if applicable)

-Are only available on faulty goods.
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and also for replacement postage.
-Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 7 days after the goods have been received by you.
-We have the right to deny these exchanges and the item will be returned to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping within Australia:

-Sadie Lou Boutique uses Express Australia Post
-Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $8.
-Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving payment (excluding weekends).
-They have "safe drop" labels and will not be left at your delivery address if you are not there to collect you will need to attend your local post office to pick up your parcel. Please keep an eye of your letterbox.
-Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery. If there are any unexpected delays you will be contacted by us.

Store Pick Up Option for Online Orders:

-Pick up in store is FREE.
-Orders are ready for pick up within 24hours after orders are placed online.
-Orders will be held for a maximum of two weeks only. -Uncollected orders will be returned to stock and NO refunds given.
-There is a strict 7 day exchange policy and this is from the date of purchase, not the date of collection.
