“Unique accommodation, in an outstanding location, unsurpassed on the North Coast of New South Wales”

If you enjoy natures beauty, peace & tranquility; If you are looking for luxurious, romantic accommodation or the perfect place to rejuvenate and relax, then you have found paradise at
Sacred Mountain Retreat.

Our beautiful retreat can be found on the gorgeous Coffs Coast at Valla, just south of Coffs Harbour and minutes from Nambucca Heads and Valla Beach.

We are close to the Jazz Festival town of Bellingen. A perfect half way point when driving from Sydney to Brisbane, we are 4 hours from Byron Bay.
Elevated 200 meters on the eastern ridge of the mountain, our retreat enjoys so much of what nature offers. Only a few minutes off the highway, with sealed driveway, we are handy to every service and yet private and secluded.

The buildings have all been architecturally designed so that they blend with the natural surroundings. Also by design the buildings work with the environment to provide us winter warmth and summer breezes.

There are miles of beaches within minutes and for a fresh water swim we have a cool and tranquil lily pond at the foot of the 85 acre natural bush and coastal rainforest property.

Bordering National Park, Sacred Mountain Retreat is home to a variety of wildlife including some rare and endangered species. Many birds can be observed here including the Glossy Back Cockatoo. King parrots, mountain lorikeets, eastern rosellas, pheasants, bush turkeys and satin bower birds to name just a few of our visiting feathered friends.

Dusk and dawn are the best times to observe birds and listen to their calls and songs, and the sun rising over the pacific is magic. An early rise is well worth the effort. .

Antoni & Penny look forward to sharing their piece of paradise with you!
