Rosewood Archers was founded in 2015 and is a Not For Profit club that operates on Sundays in the Southern Highlands.

Archery is a great sport that can be enjoyed socially or competitively by all ages. We welcome new and experienced archers alike and encourage you to try it at our club on the beautiful grounds of Burrawang Park.

We run 'Come and Try' Sessions which are the perfect option for people new to the sport wanting to give it a go. All archery equipment is provided and beginners are taught by qualified Archery Australia coaches.

Time: 1 1/2 hr session starting at 11am
Cost: $20 pp

We recommend you bring a water bottle, hat and wear clothes that aren’t overly loose. Please note that closed shoes must be worn on the archery range at all times.

If you’re interested in taking part by yourself or as a group with family and friends, you can book online directly from this page to reserve your place. For large group bookings please contact the club by phone 0434 151 283.

We also welcome recurve target archers from other clubs to come and shoot. A visitor’s fee of $15 applies to current Archery Australia members (please have your AA card with you) who have their own equipment.

The range is open from:-
June to August 10am
September to May from 9am

We operate every Sunday, though over the Winter season with heavier rain/wind we may not operate in the event of inclement weather. Calling ahead is recommended if suspect weather is predicted.

We offer Beginner's Courses which are run over multiple sessions to teach and develop the fundamentals of archery. For further information e-mail or call the club.
