Energy Medicine is a healing system that assists to improve a wide range of health issues. In particular stress, as most health problems are linked to the stress response.

When the body has to cope with excessive stress and trauma we see more serious health conditions develop. Anything not directly related to a physical accident can be tracked to a physical, or emotional stressor.

Energy treatment options are;
Integrated Therapeutic Alignment (ITA), Eden Energy Medicine, Kinesiology, Pranic Healing.

Therapeutic Treatment Options:
Expressive therapies; Sand-play Therapy, Sensory Motor Psychotherapy, counselling, mindfulness/ meditation, behaviour modification, general parenting and specialised parenting techniques for traumatised children.
