You will notice each of our items will be rated using the “5 Heart” rating system and any faults, flaws or missing parts will also be listed. If however you are not happy with an item you purchased because it differs to our description, we will gladly refund your money (minus postage) once it is returned to us. As the majority of our items are Second Hand, they are sold as is and therefore no refunds are offered if you just simply change your mind or have chosen the wrong size.
