The Reef Properties Pty Ltd is the result of the vision and committment of owner and Managing Director Glenn McGrath & his wife Deb.

The company's steady growth is largely due to its committment to delivering quality homes to its clients, at competitive prices and on time every time. This has resulted in a high percentage of business coming from referrals from past Reef Properties clients. Glenn and his small team have generated an extensive design range and perfected a 16 week on site constructrion process for every home. This has ensured continuing work for their team of trades and suppliers, many of whom have been a valuable part of the Reef Properties team for over a decade. This trade and supplier stability ensures Reef Properties clients on the continuation of the quality of the Reef Properties brand.

During the past few years the construction team has steadily grown to include a construction manager, supervisor and apprentices. 2011 saw a sales manager with decades of experience in residential design and construction, and a professional interior decorator and designer join the team. In May 2012, The Reef Properties Pty Ltd moved the home office to their commercial premises at Unit 8, Railway Central, 70 Connors Road, Paget. 2013 saw 2 new display homes open at The Waters, Ooralea, each bringing a level of inclusions and design standards to suit all needs.
