Recruitment and Training Opportunities Australia (RATOA) was established in April 2013 with 4 aims:

To provide employers with a holistic approach to recruitment of staff and identifying training needs

To provide jobseekers with a sound understanding of what is required to be successful in an interview and where and how to look for new roles and better opportunities including further training

To educate students on what employers require once they commence and how to best prepare including presentation, resume and cover letters and interview techniques

To educate and assist people of all ages what training will help them either get that job or grow in their current role. and what training organisation best suits there needs and costs
