Imagine this: loving yourself, despite your natural imperfections; feeling and looking amazing; preventing muscle deterioration as you age; stretching your muscles; beings kind to yourself and having your own time in the midst of your day; and generally becoming a stronger you. This is my goal, to work with you to achieve this.
Exercise should be gratifying and fun, not a punishment. Our training needs to fit in and around the craziness of our lives. When it comes to training, my belief is to train smarter. You can train for hours; however, more is not necessarily better. I apply your motivation and behaviour to your training so you can reach your lifetime goal.
