ReSauce, is a company built around the idea of reducing food waste. We seek to do this by using "ignored" food. This ignored food, is often the food that looks unappealing to the average consumer. It would be “ugly”, disfigured or starting to go a little soft. Unfortunately, this type of “ignored” produce, gets thrown out and contributes to food waste. Our goal is to reduce this waste, by utilizing the ignored food and making it into something that will grab your attention. Crafting and blending these ingredients into delicious, bold and beautiful sauces .
