We have exclusive-use outdoor spa and sauna areas, qualified therapists for health fund rebates, ten treatment rooms for group get togethers, and great opening hours Monday to Friday 9.00am - 8.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9.00am - 6.00pm so you can find time in your busy week to look after your health.

A range of treatments is available to help meet your needs. You can choose from Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Bowen, Cranio Sacral, Hot Stone Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder), Myofascial, Pregnancy, Reflexology, Reiki, Reiki Master, Relaxation, Remedial, Rolfing, Shiatsu, Sports, Swedish, Therapeutic, and Trigger Point therapies.


Alternatively, we can create a blend of modalities to better meet your treatment expectations. Our therapists will check with you in regard to the pressure required for your treatment and ask for your guidance at all times to ensure that we are working within your comfort zone. This is your special time - please ask for any changes you need to relax. If you need the treatment to be changed in any way, please let us know during the treatment time so we can understand your needs and make the necessary changes.

After a treatment you have the option of reserving an outdoor spa area (with or without a sauna), for your own use. Dressing gowns, thongs, sarongs, towels etc are provided for your comfort. Relax a little longer over a hot beverage and enjoy the bush setting.
