I am a Certified Member of Reiki Australia and a Reiki Master and Practitioner and I just love helping people.

Reiki cannot hurt you. When receiving Reiki it can affect everyone differently, some feel heat/cold/ tingling/pulsing/pulling, some see colours, pictures, some people feel nothing.
Most people will feel warmth from my hands and feel very relaxed.

Nothing to worry or get nervous about and you stay fully clothed! hehe

Reiki works on so many levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual so don't worry if you 'feel nothing' you will feel the benefits overall.

When you receive Reiki it goes to the areas in need.
I recommend you drink extra water after receiving Reiki, to help the detoxification process.
