Nestled in the heart of Queensland’s premier wine country, the Queensland College of Wine Tourism incorporates the Varias Restaurant, Conference and Function Centre and the Banca Ridge Winery and Cellar Door.

The QCWT is one of the leading industry training partners in Queensland in the areas of Food and Wine Tourism offering courses and programs across a range of industry areas.

The college is an approved provider of the internationally recognized Wine & Spirit Education Awards (WSET) as well as other nationally accredited certificates in Wine Operations and Hospitality.

From within the commercial kitchen at the college, connections with local agricultural industry, wine and food experts bring opportunities for short courses in wine and food experiences as well as the newly implemented 'artisan' series, to the public.

Varias Restaurant offers a world class dining experience featuring an outstanding a la carte luncheon menu in our award winning architecturally designed facility. Banca Ridge Winery and Cellar Door - adjacent to Varias Restaurant and incorporating our interpretive gallery, offers tastings and sales of an extensive range of award winning Banca Ridge wines made on site in our teaching winery.
