Queensland Academy of Boxing 4

The Queensland Academy of Boxing is primarily a boxing gym. We train both novice and elite, junior and senior, amateur and professional boxers and kick boxers. Also Boxing specific training for the fitness only members. We are continually evolving and learning how to increase children's participation in physical activity. With the kids programs designed more for fun and social interaction than fitness. But with drills like Bounce, Dance, Roll, Spin, balance and boxing They don't realise they are getting fitter more confident less stressed and a lot more sociable.
