One-On-One Training (By appointment, call for details)
For those who are new to the sport, great introduction to boxing and a great vehicle to get individuals to a stage where their vital skills are on a level where they're able to join in with group training.
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays: Group Training (6-8pm)
Advanced training for those sparring/fighting or engaging in the fitness aspect of our sessions.
