Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is the world’s fastest growing martial art. Here at Progressive BJJ we embrace the evolving nature of BJJ and decided to name our club after our philosophy of continuing personal and community self improvement.

The academy is headed by Daniel Lawson, a Black belt and multiple title winner under Prof. Daniel Cherubin.

We offer classes to suit all ages and genders and encourage anyone who has thought about trying BJJ to come down and try an introductory class. The syllabus (training style) taught by Daniel allows the techniques to be used proficiently for self defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition and mixed martial arts (MMA).

We pride ourselves on having a safe and welcoming environment to spread the gift of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and welcome any enquiries, until then we look forward to seeing you on the mats!
