Palmerston Sports Massage is dedicated to delivering an integrated remedial massage approach to assist athletes and everyday humans perform at their peak. We work closely with our clients so we can build a profile of their lifestyle habits, this allows us to understand better, why their particular muscular problem has developed. This way we can work together to implement an ongoing massage and self maintenance program to help you cope with the rigours of training, work stress or busy family schedule.

Jason is a Diploma qualified remedial therapist. He also has vast knowledge and qualifications in the areas of sport, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
