Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns for changes of mind or wrong size (if you require assistance in sizing before purchase, please contact us - we are more than happy to help!). We are only able to offer returns on items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You must also notify Poppet&Friends within 14 days of receiving your item.

Poppet&Friends products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, or if a replacement cannot be obtained then you will receive a Poppet&Friends credit for a major flaw. Poppet&Friends is entitled to choose between providing you with a replacement or credit of product only.


In order to obtain a credit or exchange a product purchased from Poppet&Friends, you must have clear proof of purchase – typically, but not always, a receipt. If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then we are entitled to elect whether or not to accept your product for return.

Unfortunately, Poppet&Friends cannot offer a credit or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to abnormal use.
