Our Story

What is it that makes life worth living? For us at Pizza Pasta Please the answer is simple. Family. Friends. Laughter and the most important thing of all, love. Now this is exactly what we are all about.

Once upon a time there was your typical Australian family living in the outskirts of Sydney: mum, dad and four kids. Dad built his career in the hospitality industry, running restaurants all around town. Mum too had a day job, which made bringing up four kids their biggest commitment to each other and themselves.

After spending his days in and around kitchens, dad wanted nothing more than to enjoy his family when he got home. So mum was left with the dinner preparations. As any parent would know, pleasing more than one child is challenging at best, it takes serious diplomatic skills to settle such an important family matter. The United Nations have nothing on mum, who not only aimed to deliver meals that the children wanted, but to do so in a timely manner.

Meet Morney and his wife Nichole. For them, family time is the best time, and sharing meals together is their commitment to their children. Morney has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry and Nichole earned her diplomatic stripes when she asked the kids what they would like for dinner and almost every time, two kids would ask for pizza and the other two would ask for pasta. In unison. Let’s take a moment and visualise this familiar scene in our heads.

But great parenting doesn’t stop at simply cooking your kids’ favourite meals. No no. Nichole would follow up their requests with a well too familiar “What do you say…?”

And so the little angels would bat their eyelids and with a smile on their faces, they would say, in unison “Please”

A family interaction, something we can all relate to, and to an extent, see ourselves in that same kitchen, with our own mum and dad or our own kids. This is the P3 DNA.

Our fuel is our passion, and like true dreamers, our passion is relentless. We’re passionate about the food we make, the taste, smell and the smiles it brings to faces. The joy our meals brings, right from the moment you walk into our doors, to when you order your food exactly the way that you like it. Most of all, the joy of sharing a deliciously authentic meal with the people that you love the most.
