Welcome to Pigeon Hole Cafe, where we aim to give you a true Paddock to Plate Experience. Everything that is noted in green on our menu is grown and harvested with love by Weston Farm.

Weston Farm is a small family business that specialises in peony roses, extra virgin olive oil and fresh farm produce. In November 2013 Weston Farm purchased Pigeon Hole cafe as a way of showcasing their fresh seasonal produce. Weston Farm's focus is on sustainable, and seasonal farming practices, offering true comfort farm food flavours.

Pigeon Hole Cafe supports a closed loop waste system, with all organic waste like cardboard, coffee grounds, egg shells, peelings and bread off-cuts return to the farm for composting, back to earth, where it began. All other food scraps are fed to Weston Farm's saddleback x Hampshire pigs "Rosie" Lola" and "Lilly". We continue to value add, by bottling and preserving our own fruits and vegetables for you to enjoy all year round, further enhancing the farm connection.

You can now experience Weston Farm first hand with the addition of a fully self-contained Airbnb cottage. You can see how our food is grown, harvested and prepared with love all from the doorstep of Tasmania's best wine regions and MONA museum.
