He’s also achieved many sales milestones on behalf of his customers, including selling 21 properties in one month – and more than 120 in 2014.

Peter’s winning ways are also significant considering he left school early at 15 in 2002, joining Raine & Horne St Marys in an administrative role. “I love working at Raine & Horne St Marys. I never worked at McDonalds, so I guess I don’t know anything else. But what I will say is that I’m allowed to grow and expand my real estate skills. My focus is sales but I can turn my hand to a property management or strata issue where required.”

A graduate from the school of hard knocks, Peter has built a formidable reputation as an agent, who puts his customers first. “I’ve learnt to work differently to my competitors and of the value of building long-term relationships with my customers,” said Peter. “My point of difference is that I match the right properties with the right investors. No matter what, I give 100% to my customers. Peter lives and breathes bricks and mortar. With so much drive and determination, he purchased a first property on his 18th birthday and now 10 years on has successfully built a multimillion dollar portfolio.
