Pen & Ink is located in the busy Central Business District of Southport in Australia Fair Shopping Centre, and Pen & Paper is located in the golden triangle business district at the junction of Queen Street and Wharf Street within walking distant from Eagle Street Pier and Brisbane Convention Centre.

Both stores carry a large selection of premier and major brands of fine writing instruments including the latest Limited and Special Editions namely Montblanc, OMAS, Montegrappa, Graf von Faber-Castell, Porsche Design, Visconti, Marlen, Pelikan, Platinum, Waterman, Waldmann, A.T. Besides fine writing instruments, both stores have a good selection of fine leather goods in brands like Montblanc, Piquadro, Visconti, Graf von Faber-Castell and Filofax. Writing Journals in Moleskine, Ciak, Mood, Cartesio, Bortoletti, Fiorenza, Ciak with Jac Zagoory Designs handcrafted pen holders, luxurious El Casco desk sets and accessories and beautiful calligraphy sets in Bortoletti, Duomo, William Mitchell, Manuscript and Stuart Houghton; crystal and glass inkwells are available in Montblanc, Visconti, Bortoletti and El Casco; and rocker blotters are other feature products in the store. With the opening of Pen & Paper, the new store continues to showcase our collection of major premier range of fine writing instruments, leather goods, desk accessories and of course a wide range of fine writing paper and customised invitations and handmade specialty papers.

To compliment its fine writing instruments, both stores stock a large selection of bottled, scented and permanent inks namely Montblanc, Pelikan Edelstein, Visconti, De Atramentis, Graf von Faber-Castell Waterman, and Stuart Houghton Calligraphy inks. Visconti and Taos range of luxury pen boxes, valor boxes and watch boxes are also available.
