The teachers at Peaceful Living Yoga teach in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, who believed Yoga should be adapted to the individual, rather than the individual adapting to Yoga. This means the student is encouraged to be present and respect how their body is feeling on a given day. We don’t force ourselves into postures. The postures are not something to achieve; rather something to experience.
Mary is the principle teacher. She has been teaching since 2002. She is qualified and registered with Yoga Australia.
