Involved in the fitness industry for over 6 years Perri is specialized in strength and conditioning, athletic performance and body composition. She continually ensures she adds to her knowledge base and qualifications, aiming to help educate her clients and assist them in reaching their goals in the most effective way possible.

Using an individualised and scientific approach to training, Perri has worked with clients ranging from World Champion level athletes (Australian Women’s Rugby League/Australian Dragon Boating) to the everyday gym goer looking to improve their health and fitness. Perri truly believes everyone should have the chance to reach their optimal health and experience just good their body is supposed to feel.
