At 5 metres we are able to offer several of our most popular plus innovative dishes. We have built in features to offer high volume or intimate bookings.

We have the additional advantage of commercial kitchens available to make our fresh pasta prior to any event and to prep all other foods in an environment already approved by Council, whether bricks and mortar or the trailer itself.

Our product is served in a cup!!
- We have size options, small, regular. So whether you have a mighty appetite or just want to taste our delicious offerings there is a meal for you.

- We are employing highly experienced cooks and customer service staff to ‘man the van’. This ensures the best and most efficient service capable of providing timeous supply to clients. I have a list of van man-ners hitting the road!

- Each order is cooked fresh. We are have stoves and pasta cookers for pasta in a cup, micro-waves/ oven/bain marie for our baked lasagne; and. This means we can comfortably serve up 80-100 orders per hour when required.
