Malgosia holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage and is now in her 16th year of practice as a Remedial Massage Therapist, specialising in relieving muscular pain and dysfunction, improving flexibility and helping to balance out the effects of stress.

Remedial, Sports, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and post natal, Lymphatic Drainage and Relaxation Massage.

A Remedial Massage can help people with muscular spasm, headaches, myofascial restriction, joint restriction caused by excessive soft tissue tension, neurological and functional issues such as frozen shoulder, numbness and tingling, trigger point referral pain causing conditions such as pseudo sciatica or other referred pain patterns.

Malgosia utilises her skills and experience to incorporate remedial techniques to suit the client.
