Sessions are run for people with different ranges of fitness levels and each session will aim to cater for the needs of individuals. Different types of training may include:
Cardio and Core sessions:
Circuit Training: Boxing: Both Intermediate and Advanced sessions
CrossFit and Strongman Training:
This is an example of some types of training that can be conducted in different sessions, but is not the only types of training that will be used.
