As soon as you step through the double doors into this welcoming entry, you will immediately appreciate everything about this property. You will find a spacious sunken, living room with a fabulous feature limestone wall and high ceilings giving the room executive character and charm. The Queen bedroom is spacious, with a generous size walk in robe and a semi ensuite tiled floor to ceiling, complete with roomy vanity, bigger than the average shower and separate powder room.
Guest Access:
Then through to the main living area you will find a massive sunken lounge area with raked timber ceilings, well appointed timber kitchen with all the mods cons including a dishwasher, double oven and glass cooktop, double fridge recess. All of this overlooks the stunning outdoor area with a roomy well covered peak patio and fantastic below ground saltwater pool with glass fencing - just gorgeous.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be onsite and greet all guests and ensure that this particular executive stay is one of the best in town. We have a warm nature and have been in this type of industry for 40 years. With local knowledge of Wineries, tourist attractions & drives.
The Neighbourhood:
This Executive Style Accommodation is nestled in a quiet cul de sac, close to shops and beach.
Getting around:
Recommend having your own transport & we have off street car parking available. In walking distance of great cafes. Beaut bike tracks ensuring brilliant views if the West Coast. Public transport within 200mtrs.
Other Things to Note:
Happy to communicate with clients prior to ensure a great stay is had. A continental breakfast can be provided for and extra $20per person so you can go straight to your meeting or get on the road to explore more. Using local produce. Linen and towels, shampoo, conditioner & soaps provided.
